Are you TEAM AVA ?
Yup, I already registered TEAM AVA for the 2009 American Heart Association's Start! Heart Walk taking place on September 19. This will be our second year doing the walk, and we plan on making it a tradition for years to come! It is a great way to bring awareness(on a smaller scale, but awareness non the less), and honor not only our super warrior daughter, but all the babies, children and adults born with Congenital Heart Defects. We had a great turnout last year, and did quite well with donations, so this year I am aiming for BIGGER and BETTER!! :) So please take a minute or two, log onto our team page, register to walk and/or donate! ps- you may have noticed that every time the word walk appears, I italicized it. It's a WALK, y'all. Not a marathon, so leave the excuses in someone else's blog! :P

Well i think its perfect! Ava is such a special lil girl to have such a great mother as you are who cares so much about her as we are so very lucky to have her in our lives as well. She has definatley shown me so much,I love you all!
